Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 August 2026

These terms cover the public site at orvienm.ai and Orvienm Studio, the invitation-only Private Alpha at studio.orvienm.ai. Using either means accepting them.

Studio is pre-release software provided free of charge during the Alpha. It is not a commercial service, and nothing here creates one.

  1. 01Pre-release status

    Studio is an Alpha. It can change, break, lose data, or be withdrawn without notice. Features may be added or removed. Do not rely on it for anything you cannot afford to lose or reproduce.

  2. 02Access is by invitation

    There is no public sign-up. Access is granted by adding a GitHub account to a server-side list. Signing in with GitHub proves which account you hold; it does not create an account with Orvienm, and it does not entitle you to access.

  3. 03Your access credentials

    You are responsible for the security of the GitHub account you sign in with, and for activity that takes place through your access. Tell us if you believe your access has been misused.

  4. 04Your content

    You keep ownership of what you create in your workspace. You grant Orvienm only the permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to operate the service for you.

    You are responsible for having the right to use the content you put into a workspace.

  5. 05Backups are your responsibility

    During the Alpha there is no backup or recovery commitment. Keep your own copy of anything that matters. Structure declarations are text and belong in your own version control.

  6. 06Acceptable use

    Do not use Orvienm to:

    • break the law or infringe someone else’s rights;
    • attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
    • access a workspace or account that was not granted to you;
    • store malware, or content you have no right to store.
  7. 07Intellectual property

    Orvienm, its software, its documentation and its branding remain the property of their owner. These terms grant you permission to use the service during the Alpha, and nothing more. Your content remains yours.

  8. 08Availability

    There is no service level commitment, no uptime target and no support commitment. The service may be unavailable at any time, planned or otherwise.

  9. 09Suspension and withdrawal of access

    Alpha access can be withdrawn at any time, with or without reason — including to end the Alpha itself. Where practical you will be given notice and an opportunity to retrieve your content, but that is not guaranteed.

  10. 10No warranty

    The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Orvienm does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will preserve your content.

  11. 11Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orvienm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from use of a free pre-release service.

  12. 12Changes to these terms

    These terms will change as the product does. The date at the top is the last time the text changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
